Setup Your Profile
Configure your business information and settings

- Enter your business name
- Add your GST Registration Number (GSTIN)

Add Your Parties
Register your customers and suppliers

Follow this step-by-step process to fully set up SATP Billing for your business:
Step 1: Account & Profile Setup (First Time)
- Login with your credentials or create a new account
- Go to "โ๏ธ My Profile" from the left menu
- Configure your business name and GSTIN (GST Registration Number)
- Add your business address and contact details
- Upload your business logo for professional invoices

Step 2: Create Parties (Customers & Suppliers)

Q: What is HSN and SAC?
A: HSN (Harmonized System of Nomenclature) codes are used for goods, SAC (Service Accounting Code) for services. These are mandatory for GST compliance. You can find codes on the GST India website.
Q: Can I edit or delete a voucher?
A: Yes! Use the Action buttons (Print, Edit, Delete) in every report and list. For corrections, you can also create debit/credit notes.
Q: How do I track outstanding payments?
A: Create Sales invoices, then record Receipts as customers pay. The system automatically calculates Outstanding amounts. Check Reports for detailed aging analysis.
Q: Can I export data to Tally or other software?
A: Yes! Use the Report export options. CSV and Excel formats are compatible with most accounting software including Tally.
Q: Is my data secure?
A: All data is stored securely in your browser's local storage. Keep your login credentials safe. Take regular backups by exporting reports.
